Effects of Demographic Characteristics on Safety Climate and Construction Worker Safety Behavior

Safety climate and safety behavior have been proven to be critical for construction safety. However, few studies systematically tested the influences of demographic characteristics on worker safety, especially in background China’s industry. There is still a gap demographics–safety relationship, which may reduce relevance effectiveness measures. This study explored effects five factors (gender, age, work experience, education level, employer size) two indicators (safety behavior).
